Order Processing and Shipment

  • Free Worldwide Delivery: We’re pleased to offer free shipping on all orders.
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 48–72 working hours, provided accurate shipping information is given.
  • Peak Times: During high-demand periods, such as holidays, there may be slight delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Address Errors

If you accidentally enter an incorrect address, please contact us at hello@cellulitesmoother.com within 12 hours so we can try to update it before the order ships. Our shipping team begins processing orders within 15 minutes, so we may not be able to change the address once processing starts. After shipping, we cannot alter the destination, and we recommend contacting the courier if any issues arise.

Address Verification

Please double-check all delivery details. If we identify any missing or incorrect information, we’ll reach out to you, which may result in delays. Respond promptly to avoid delivery delays.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to reasons like unavailability, you’ll receive an email with instructions for next steps, often involving coordination with the local carrier. Please follow these instructions to ensure successful delivery.

Return to Warehouse

If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery, we’ll notify you via email. You’ll have the option to have it resent for a fee of $8 USD to cover additional shipping costs. Please respond within 10 business days to arrange reshipment. Unclaimed orders will be archived, and refunds won’t be issued for archived orders.

Orders Returned Due to Incorrect Address

Providing an accurate shipping address at checkout is essential. If your order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address and is returned to us, you will be notified with two options:

  • Resend the Order: We can resend it to a corrected address for an additional shipping fee.
  • Cancel the Order: If you choose not to resend the order, a refund will not be issued.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 15 minutes of checkout at hello@cellulitesmoother.com. Our team begins processing orders promptly, so cancellations after this timeframe are not guaranteed, and you may need to follow our return policy.

Customs and Delivery Delays

Occasionally, customs clearance may cause delays in delivery. Local customs offices may require additional documents, and your package may be delivered either by a local postal service or a courier.
