Returns

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return after receiving your item. Here’s how:

  1. Eligibility for Returns:

    • Items must be in the same condition as received, unused, and in their original packaging. This includes the box, instructions, and all original accessories.
    • Shipping expenses for returning the item to our warehouse are the customer’s responsibility.
  2. Return Process:

    • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
    • Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, reach out to us immediately so we can assess the issue and arrange a replacement if necessary.


Non-Returnable Items and Exceptions

  • Non-returnable items: We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
  • Discounted Orders: All discounted orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Order Cancellations

We understand that plans change. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 15 minutes of placing your order. After this period, our shipping team begins processing, and cancellations cannot be guaranteed. If more than 15 minutes have passed, you will need to go through our return process once you receive the item.


Undeliverable Orders

Please ensure that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. If your order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you have two options:

  1. Resend the Order: You can opt to have your order resent to the correct address. A reshipping fee will apply.
  2. Cancel the Order: If you choose not to have the order resent, please note that the original purchase will not be refunded.
